How to use the pen

1. Wash your hands and inspect the pen: the solution should be clear and the barrel undamaged.
2. Pull off the cap and attach a fresh sterile needle tip; remove both needle covers.
3. Prime before first use: dial 2 units and press the button until a droplet appears at the tip.
4. Dial the dose required by your research protocol using the dose ring.
5. Insert the needle, press the button fully and hold for 6-10 seconds before withdrawing.
6. Recap the pen with the needle removed and return it to the case.

3 spare needles. Each pen ships with 3 spare sterile needles in the case. Attach a fresh needle each time and dispose of used needles in a sharps container.

Storage. Refrigerate at 2-8 °C, do not freeze, keep away from light. Use within 28 days of first use.
