Research use only. All products sold by Swiss Lab Peptides are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Swiss Lab Peptides website (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, acknowledging our entry notice, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. By ordering, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research, academic, or commercial institution, and that the products will be used solely for legitimate scientific research.

3. Nature of the products — research use only

All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research and development use.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any other form of consumption or in-vivo administration.

Products are not drugs, medicines, medical devices, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and have not been approved or evaluated by the FDA, EMA, Swissmedic, or any other regulatory authority to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

We make no claim, representation, or warranty regarding any therapeutic, medical, or health effect of any product.

4. Your responsibilities and legal compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, import, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product complies with all laws, regulations, and institutional policies applicable to you and in your jurisdiction. Laws governing research materials vary by country and region. It is your responsibility — not ours — to verify legality before ordering, and to satisfy any customs, import, or regulatory requirements at your destination.

5. No medical or professional advice

Nothing on the Site — including product descriptions, reconstitution guides, articles, or other content — constitutes medical, scientific, legal, or other professional advice, or instructions for human or animal use. Any reference information is provided for educational and research context only.

6. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but are not bound by obvious errors.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or that a product may be used unlawfully or for consumption.

Payment is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details, and your use of those providers is subject to their terms.

7. Shipping

Shipping, processing times, and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We are not liable for delays, detentions, seizures, or losses caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive products generally cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

9. Product information and specifications

We strive for accuracy in product information, including purity and certificate-of-analysis (COA) data where provided. Specifications describe the material as supplied for research only; we do not warrant suitability for any particular purpose or experiment.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not purchase or use any product for human or animal consumption, for resale as a consumer product, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that misrepresents the research-only nature of the product. You may not use the Site to violate any law or to infringe the rights of others.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiss Lab Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Assumption of risk and release

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with handling and using research materials, and you release Swiss Lab Peptides from any liability arising from your misuse of any product — including, without limitation, any use for or resulting in human or animal consumption, which is strictly prohibited.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swiss Lab Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Switzerland will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
