Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We offer tracked shipping. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and are provided as estimates only, not guarantees. Where available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging that does not disclose the contents. Products are packaged to protect their integrity in transit; temperature-sensitive items are handled appropriately for research materials.
International shipping, customs and duties
For international orders you are the importer of record. You are responsible for ensuring the products may lawfully be imported into your country and for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied at the destination. We are not responsible for items delayed, detained, seized, or returned by customs, and we cannot guarantee clearance in any jurisdiction.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at swisslabpeptide@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist in good faith, including opening a carrier investigation where appropriate.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you; reshipment may incur additional charges.
