A short research-handling guide for Cagrilintide + Semaglutide. For laboratory and research use only.
Combined vial of cagrilintide and semaglutide — the amylin/GLP-1 pairing studied in metabolic research.
Cagrilintide + Semaglutide is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Reconstitute it before research use. Recommended diluent: bacteriostatic water.
Example: 2 ml of diluent in this 10 mg vial gives 5,000 mcg/ml. A 500 mcg research amount is then 0.1 ml (10 units on a U-100 syringe) — about 20 doses per vial.
Most commonly referenced in published research at 500–1,000 mcg, once weekly. Reference only — not a dosing instruction.
Keep lyophilized vials frozen and out of light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate (2–8 °C) and use within a few weeks. Always use sterile technique.
For laboratory and research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, food, or drug applications.
