A short research-handling guide for Sermorelin. For laboratory and research use only.
GHRH(1–29) analog used as a reference growth-hormone secretagogue in endocrine research.
Sermorelin is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Reconstitute it before research use. Recommended diluent: bacteriostatic water.
Example: 2 ml of diluent in this 5 mg vial gives 2,500 mcg/ml. A 200 mcg research amount is then 0.08 ml (8 units on a U-100 syringe) — about 25 doses per vial.
Most commonly referenced in published research at 200–300 mcg, once daily. Reference only — not a dosing instruction.
Refrigerate 2–8 °C. Keep lyophilized vials frozen and out of light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate (2–8 °C) and use within a few weeks. Always use sterile technique.
For laboratory and research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, food, or drug applications.
