Growth-hormone secretagogues and GHRH analogues
Two distinct mechanisms sit in this class and are routinely conflated. GHRH analogues — sermorelin, tesamorelin, CJC-1295 — act at the growth-hormone-releasing-hormone receptor. Ghrelin-receptor secretagogues — ipamorelin, hexarelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6 — act at a different receptor entirely. The class also holds recombinant proteins such as HGH, follistatin and ACE-031, which are proteins rather than peptides.

Research compounds by class
Every compound on this page publishes its molecular formula, average molecular weight and CAS registry number, and ships with a batch-specific certificate of analysis. Those identifiers are what let a buyer confirm the material is what the label says — a supplier that cannot state them is not describing a characterised compound.
